Terms of Service

These terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Service and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

• "Service" means the love and relationship personality test, test results (conversation cards) and result links provided on websites operated by the Company.
• "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these terms.
• "Result link" means the web address assigned to each result so it can be viewed again or shared with others.
• "Posts" means the posts and comments members publish in the community.

• These terms take effect when posted on the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
• The Company may change these terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes on the Service at least 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before for changes unfavorable to users.
• If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may stop using the Service.

• The Company provides the personality test, result scoring and result links free of charge.
• Questions, type structure and result wording may change to improve the Service.
• The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, server operating schedules, outages or other unavoidable reasons.

• Results are reference information based on your answers and do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or professional counseling.
• Results do not guarantee or predict the success of a dating or married relationship or compatibility with a partner.
• You are responsible for any judgments and decisions you make based on your results.

• Anyone who knows a result link can view that result.
• Please take care when sharing result links. To have a result deleted, make a request as described in the Privacy Policy.

Users must not:

• Submit answers in bulk by automated means or place excessive load on the servers
• Bypass security measures or access the systems without authorization
• Copy, distribute, sell or commercially use the questions, result wording or characters without the Company's permission
• Use another person's result without permission to defame or insult them
• Otherwise violate applicable laws

• After verifying their email, members can write posts and comments in the 'Ask for love advice' and 'My love story' boards, and like or report posts. Posts are visible to everyone.
• Members are responsible for what they post. Even for anonymous posts, the Company can see which account wrote them in order to handle reports and respond to lawful requests.
• You may not post information that identifies other people (such as real names, contact details or photos), insults, harassment or hateful speech, sexual or explicit content, ads or spam, or content that infringes the rights of others such as copyright.
• The Company may hide or delete posts that fall under the previous clause or that several users have reported, without prior notice. Posts that receive a certain number of reports are hidden automatically until an admin reviews them.
• Members can edit or delete their own posts at any time, and their posts and comments are deleted when they delete their account.
• Members keep the copyright to their posts. The Company uses posts only as needed to display them on the Service and operate the community.

• All rights to the questions, type system, result wording, characters and design of the Service belong to the Company.
• You may save or share your own results for personal use.

• For this free Service, the Company is not liable for damages to users unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
• The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures or outages of external cloud and hosting services.

• These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Any lawsuit between the Company and a user regarding the Service shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
