2. Purposes

  • Scoring the test and providing your result (conversation card)
  • Identifying members, keeping you logged in, and verifying your email
  • Saving and comparing results (the three most recent per account) and emailing result links
  • Providing a shareable result link and preventing duplicate submissions
  • Running the community: publishing posts and comments, likes, handling reports and managing content that breaks our rules
  • Generating AI coach replies: we send your question together with your test results (basic result, and the Deep Love Test result if you have a pass) and, if you are connected with a partner, your partner's type and couple-fit information to an AI service to create the reply
  • Detecting errors, preventing abuse and keeping the Service secure
  • Creating statistics that cannot identify individuals and improving the questions and Service

3. Retention period

  • Answers, selections and results: kept until you ask us to delete them or the Service ends, then destroyed without delay.
  • Account and profile: kept until you delete your account. You can do that yourself on the My results page, and it removes your account and every saved result without delay.
  • Posts, comments, likes and reports: kept until you delete them or your account, and removed together when you delete your account. Posts and comments are public; even for anonymous posts, our admins can see which account wrote them in order to handle reports.
  • AI coach conversations: kept until you delete your account (so you can continue earlier conversations) and deleted together with it. The AI provider (Anthropic) automatically deletes what it receives within 30 days.
  • Whisper.AI conversations and memory notes: kept until you delete your account or choose 'Start over', and deleted then. You can delete individual memory notes at any time on the memory notes screen.
  • Purchase records: kept until you delete your account, to check your pass and subscription periods. After you delete your account, records of payment and supply (the item, amount, payment, expiry and refund times, store and transaction number) are kept for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, without your email, nickname or anything else that identifies you, and destroyed without delay after that. Google Play keeps its own payment records under its policies.
  • Login sessions: removed 7 days after login or when you log out. Email verification links stop working after 24 hours.
  • Anonymous ID: stored on your device and removed when you clear the site data in your browser. A copy is kept on our servers with your submitted result.
  • Access logs: kept only as long as needed to operate the servers; the oldest records are deleted once the log size limit is reached.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties, except for Whisper.AI as described below (only with your separate consent), or where required by law or requested by investigative authorities following legal procedures.

  • We ask for this consent separately when you create your Whisper.AI partner. You may refuse; in that case you cannot use Whisper.AI chat (the test, AI coach and other features remain available).
  • Conversations may contain sensitive information such as love experiences and old hurts. Identifying details are masked before sending, but names you type in the conversation may not be fully masked, so we recommend not sharing real names, contact details or addresses.

  • When and how: transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you use the Service.
  • Retention: same as section 3.
  • If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can stop using the Service, but you will not be able to receive a result.
  • Transfers to Anthropic: made over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) each time you ask the AI coach. Anthropic does not use this information to train AI models and automatically deletes it within 30 days of receipt (except where needed to investigate usage-policy violations or where the law requires retention).
  • If you don't use the AI coach, nothing is transferred to Anthropic and you can keep using the test, community and other features. If a partner you are connected with uses the AI coach, your type and couple-fit information may be sent with their question; you can prevent this by disconnecting.
  • Transfers to Meta and DeepInfra: made over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) each time you send a Whisper.AI message and when memory notes are organised. The prompt-attack check (Prompt Guard 2) runs on our own server and is not sent anywhere. If you don't use Whisper.AI, nothing is transferred to Meta or DeepInfra.
  • Transfers to RevenueCat: made over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you open a purchase screen in the app (only your member ID, to load local prices) and when you buy or restore a purchase. If you use the website or never open a purchase screen in the app, nothing is transferred to RevenueCat.
  • Transfers to Stripe: when you pay on the website, you enter the details directly in Stripe's checkout, sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). If you don't pay on the website, nothing is transferred to Stripe.

6. Destruction

Information whose retention period has ended or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Information we must keep by law (the payment records in section 3) is stored separately from other information for that period and then destroyed. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

7. Your rights

  • You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your test result at any time.
  • Because we don't collect names or contact details, please include the result link when you contact us so we can find your result.
  • Members can delete their own account from the My results page. This removes the account and every saved result and cannot be undone.
  • Send requests to the privacy officer below. We will act without delay and let you know the outcome.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep your anonymous ID, which you can remove by clearing the site data in your browser settings. We don't use tracking cookies ourselves.

However, the website includes Google LLC's advertising service (Google AdSense), so Google may directly collect your browsing records (behavioral information) with cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads (personalized advertising). We do not receive this information. The app has no ads.
